Rovo Saddlery
The Rovo Saddlery is an Italian artisan firm specializing in the production of articles for "equestrians" such as saddles, harnesses, halters, bridles, breast collars, stirrups, martingales, grip and side reins plus a variety of leather accessories.

Rovo Saddlery began producing in 1985, but its family story and tradition began almost 100 years ago. Towards the end of the 1800's, the great grandfather of today's proprietors Giannettore and Adriano, worked the leather in his own saddlery manufacturing products destined principally for working farm animals. As you enter their modern day workshop, you are impressed with their reliance on their great grandfather's old-world techniques.

Throughout this period the Rovo Saddlery has developed many procedures to enrich techniques with research and always, with quality in mind. Their staff is a family that thrives on personal satisfaction of a job well done. The evolution of their handmade saddles fall into five (5) categories:

Sella Modello Western - comfortable, light with padded seats and side flaps of merino wool
Sella Endurance Modello Touring - a new line of saddle for trekking
Sella Maremmana - very comfortable, suitable for extended touring/riding, balance and endurance; 3-models
Sella Modello Trekker - very comfortable and light
Sella Modello Olympic - for the sport enthusiast

The quality of their "handmade" products, for both Giannettore and Adriano, is more than the use of leather and hides of prime Italian goods. They vow to maintain master artisan workmanship, as in their "hand sewing".
