In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Saint Rita High
School and parish, Joseph C. Fanelli and Bernard J. Korzyniewski, class of 1960,
have commissioned Italian sculptor, Alfo Gianelli, of Volterra, Italy, to produce a bust
of Saint Rita. This expert Italian artisan has recreated a realistic image exhibiting
St. Rita’s essential characteristics of: an Augustinian nun’s habit, a stigmata on her
forehead, and a crucifix and a rose in her hand. The shipment of statues has just
arrived in the U.S. - supplies are limited - order now!
All custom statues are inscribed with Saint Rita of Cascia. The statues are made of synthetic stonelite composition with the powder of alabaster, at a cost of: $195.00*. Dimensions are 10”w x 12”h with an alabaster base, 6” diameter x 3 ½” h & weigh 15 lbs.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary in such a way as to preserve the religious aspect of the celebration, all-profits will be donated to Saint Rita High School by Fanelli and Korzyniewski.
