Shipping Cost Policy
All orders are shipped out by UPS Ground Residential (about 5-7 business days) Continental US Only (not available to HI or AK). We plan to provide more options in the future such as Air and 2nd Day Air. We only ship to customers within the US. The corresponding charges are shown below.

Payment Policy
Only online purchases at our Shop are accepted at this moment. After the order is placed, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm you order and provide relevant order information. From the time the email is sent, we will charge your credit card within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Do not call or email for ordinary return information. Read and follow these instructions for all returns.
Within 30 days of your receipt of the order, if there is a defect, we will do a replacement. No replacement is given after 30 days of the receipt of the order. Follow the steps bellow for all returns.
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the returned box. Your RMA# is simply your 3 digit order number with the letters “RMA” placed in front. The letters RMA must be placed in front of the order number so that it will not be confused with a zip code. If you don’t know your order number, it is located on your packing slip, on the order confirmation email and on the order shipment email that you received.
ALL returns sent without a RMA number will accessed a 20% fee. We hate to do this but if you return a package without a RMA#, then we have to spend our time researching what the package contains, who it is from, why it was returned and what the order number was.
2. All returns must be sent within 30 days of the shipment date. All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, along with a copy of your packing slip with the reason for return written on it. It is very important to carefully pack the item in a manner similar to the way you received it so as to protect it in shipment. Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation will be accessed a 25% fee. Fankory Import Company is not obligated to accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, broken or damaged in return shipment due to poor packing.
3. You must pay return shipping to Fankory Import Company and send returns to:

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 "business days" after delivery of your product to our facility to process your request.
Any returns found to be non-defective and in working order will receive full credit for the item price but shipping fees will not be refunded.
Any returns found to be defective will receive a replacement for the item plus reimbursement for original non-expedited shipping fees.
